HOW TO RETURN A GARMENT
Step 1 - Log into your account at www.saintblyde.com. If you placed an order as a Guest, you will need to create an account to return the item(s).
Step 2 - Select the order you wish to return or part return. You will be sent a Return Number by email.
Step 3 - Fill out the Return Forms that came with your order, including the Return Number, which item(s) you would like to return and the reason why.
Step 4 - Place the item(s) and the Return Forms in the original packaging. The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unused with all original tags and labels still attached.
Step 5 - Close the package and label the outside with the return sticker provided.
Step 6 - Arrange the parcel to be collected by our delivery service. Once your return is received, you will be notified by email.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully. We will inspect all returned items to make sure it complies with this Policy.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request the return through your Saint Blyde account. You will then receive your Return Number by email. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the Return Number. Returns outside the 28 day policy may be accepted at our discretion.
- Garments must be in the original condition, new and unused, that are not worn, washed or altered with all original tags and labels attached in the original packaging.
- Items must be returned in one package. Multiple returns from one order sent at different times may be refused.
- Return shipments must be made using the same service as the original delivery (DHL or UPS, depending on your location).
- Returns must be made from the country which an order was originally placed. For example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, the import and shipping fees will be charged at your own cost.
- Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn, missing any original tags or labels, do not comply with this Policy or we have any reason to believe the items are fraudulent or were not purchased on the Saint Blyde Website, we will not accept your return/exchange and may return the item(s) to you.
- Returning items may incur a charge.
Returning a Gift
If your item was a gift and you did not purchase the item, please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please note that we can only exchange the same item once.
- We can only exchange the same item for a different size or colour. We cannot exchange an item for a different item.
- We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, new, unused and have not been worn, altered or washed with all original tags and labels attached.
- All successfully processed returns will be credited to the original payment method used to originally purchase the items.
- The refund will be credited to the purchaser's account.
- If the purchase was made with a gift card, you will receive a new gift card.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- The time to receive a refund will depend on the payment method and/or account provider, due to different processing times.
- If your refund is issued as Saint Blyde credit, it will show on your account when your refund is processed.
Damaged or Faulty Garments
We carefully check and control our packing before the parcel leaves our warehouse. If you receive item that is damaged, please contact our Customer Care team immediately.
Under the law, you have the right to return items that are damaged or faulty. We must be notified of the quality issues within 2 months from discovery and receipt that you received with the original purchase. This applies to items purchased by you and items purchased as a gift.
When we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them. If the item(s) are damaged or faulty, we will repair them (if possible), or replace them with new item(s).
If we reasonably believe that the item(s) returned are not damaged or faulty and do not have issues with the quality or are damaged due to misuse or were shipped to us outside of the return deadline, you will not be entitled to a refund and/or repair and/or exchange. We will return the original item(s) to you.
