As a young South African, Lauren and her family moved to Tasmania, Australia. Growing up in Tasmania, an island renowned for pristine wilderness, she developed an appreciation for the world’s finest materials and produce.
Living on the family farm and adventures in the African bush, awakened her love of wildlife and the desire to conserve precious habitats. After studying Finance and Law, working as a corporate lawyer and travelling the world, her purpose was calling.
As if by fate, Lauren made her way to Düsseldorf, the home of her grandmother, and Saint Blyde was born.
